Hurrah!

Well, after several months mucking about, it looks like we've rented out the house! Got a phone call this evening from the prospective tenants saying they wanted to rent the house, after all.

Have just got a mad panic, now, to get all the paper work sorted out before Saturday (when we leave) - no pressure, then! ;-)
