If I had a hammer....

Well, after having a couple round on Friday afternoon, it looks like we've found tenants for the house!! HURRAH!! Ok, we have to get references and stuff to make sure they're good for it, but fingers crossed!

They seem like a nice couple; in their mid to late 40's, but (strangely) have 3 sons over the age of 30 still living at home! They said they're going to 'get rid' of two of them (hopefully nothing too macarbe!) and they'll only be one of them in our house; that works for me! They both loved the garden too! (I was worried that most people would run a mile at the effort involved in the up-keep, but the fella's a keen gardner.

Am not too sure how much of the furniture they want (we're leaving the place part furnished), but we were only leaving the stuff that is ready to be replaced anyway (more or less), so if we have to dispose of some of it then so be it.

Phew, phew and double phew! That's a load off my mind, I can tell you (although it did freak me out a bit that someone else will be living in our house - weird feeling!).
